Returns & Exchanges

Please review our returns and exchanges policy below before submitting a request through our Return Portal.

Return Portal

One of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you via email, web chat, or Facebook.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
It must be accompanied by the original packaging
Include a print out of your order confirmation
Must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, and you have yet to notify us about a possible return or exchange, unfortunately we can’t accept your return or exchange.

Gift cards, decals, stickers, and limited edition or custom items are not returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items qualify for refunds or store credit. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. You may still use the Return Portal to process an exchange.

Please visit the Return Portal and have your order number ready to process an exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Once your return request has been approved through our Return Portal, a shipping label will be provided for you to print and attach to your return package.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  Wolfe Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Any items bought after November 15th have any extended return/exchange policy until January 8th (while quantities last).

Sale items may not be returned, only exchanged.

Gifted purchases wishing to be returned or exchanged must still be processed through the Return Portal.  An order number is required for reference.
