Where is Wolfe Co. clothing made?

All Wolfe products are proudly made in Canada. We’re committed to supporting Canadian manufacturing and ensuring the highest quality craftsmanship.


Can I make adjustments to my order?

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us at hello@wolfecoapparel.com as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee adjustments after an order has been placed, we’ll do our best to accommodate requests before your order is processed.


Is your site only in CAD?

Our website defaults to Canadian Dollars (CAD $), but you can shop in other currencies by selecting your preferred country and currency from the dropdown menu.


Where do you ship?

We offer free standard shipping within Canada and ship worldwide. Shipping rates and times vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.


An item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?

If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for the product waitlist directly on the product page. We’ll notify you by email as soon as it’s available again.


I didn’t receive a confirmation email. Did my order go through?

You should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. If you don’t see it, please check your junk or spam folder. Still nothing? Reach out to us at hello@wolfecoapparel.com and we’ll confirm your order status.


My tracking number says my package was delivered, but I haven’t received it.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please wait 3 business days and then file a claim directly with the carrier. Unfortunately, we’re unable to file claims or open investigations on your behalf.


How do returns work?

Returns are at the expense of the customer and you are welcome to use whichever shipping carrier you'd like.  You're also welcome to come by our store to process a return or exchange if you happen to be nearby.  We will gladly accept returns on full priced items within 30 days of delivery.  Sale items or items otherwise marked as final sale are eligible for store credit but not refunds.


What is your holiday return policy?

During the holiday season, we extend our standard return window.  Orders placed from November 1 through December 24 may be returned until January 8 so you can shop with confidence.
