Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
It depends on where you are. Our packages ship from our warehouse here in Ontario. Orders placed within Ontario will take 1-3 business days to arrive. Orders outside of Ontario typically takes 3-7 business days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Faster shipping methods are also provided at checkout. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Unfortunately we do not currently offer pickup in person for online orders. Pickup will be an option at the Flagship Store when it opens.
All of our fabrics are pre-shrunk. That being said, we recommend that you wash in cold water and hang to dry.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be accompanied by the original packaging. Include a print out of your order confirmation or hard copy receipt.
Must complete a request through the Return Portal within 30 days.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, and you have yet to notify us about a possible return or exchange, unfortunately we can’t accept your return or exchange.
Gift cards, decals/stickers, sale items, and limited edition or custom items are not returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Wolfe Co. reserves the right to refuse any return request through the Return Portal or at the Warehouse if the items returned do not meet the above criteria or are not in resalable condition.
Only regular priced items qualify for refunds or store credit. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. You may still use the Return Portal to process an exchange.

Once your return request has been approved through our Return Portal, a shipping label will be provided for you to print and attach to your return package.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Any items bought after November 15th have any extended return/exchange policy until January 8th (while quantities last). Sale items may not be returned, only exchanged.
Currently, we do not have a brick and mortar. We are planning to open our Flagship Store in Ontario in the Summer of 2020.
