Return and Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 30 calendar days. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods for an exchange or refund. Once confirmed, you have 7 calendar days to ship the goods back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. We have the right to refuse a return if item has been washed, used or damaged. To complete your return, click here.
Gift cards, discounted items, masks, and decals are not returnable. Discounted items include any item that is purchased at a discounted price either through a brand promotion or by use of an individual discount code.
Exchange requests will be treated as returns. We ask that you return your items and process a new transaction if you need a new size or variant.
Items listed as 'sale', 'clearance', or purchased under any promotion or bundle are returnable for store credit, no refunds. This includes individual product and cart discount codes.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Items purchased online between November 15th and December 25th may be returned through January 8th, subject to regular return guidelines.
RESTOCKING FEES
Please be kind and treat our products with respect. They have feelings too. A 20% restocking fee may apply, if the item(s) are not returned in their original condition.
In-store returns and exchanges
If an item is returned without the original credit card used, the refund will be issued as a store credit on a gift card. Store credits are non-refundable.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) once your return is received and inspected, usually within 72 hours. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill.
