Return information

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), scuffs, tears, snags and mysterious smells items for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 30 days of the date of receiving your package. Any returned items must be in “sellable condition.” All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached. Please include your packing slip in your return. Packages returned without this may cause a delay in the return process. When returning items for a refund, a $12 restocking fee will be deducted. You may choose to return with your own shipping label but we advise using a trackable method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We do not currently offer return labels for international customers. We are unable to refund original shipping charges.   Return shipping labels on domestic returns are complimentary. If for some reason you need to return or exchange the same transaction more than once, additional labels will be at the customer's expense.


Please allow 7-10 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. It can take your financial institution up to 10 business days to reflect payment on your account.

Store credit

We offer free return shipping for store credits. We currently do not offer exchanges.

Return process

Damaged returns

Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. We will not accept returned garments that were not approved in our returns portal. No exceptions.

Defective items

If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. Once our team has provided a return label & approved the defective item, it must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the shipping label. 

Nonreturnable items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged
  • Items without the original tags and packaging
  • Gift Cards
  • Swimwear
  • Discounted items, which include any items marked down as clearance, seasonal promotion items, and items purchased using individual discount codes
  • Decals, Face Masks, BlackBurn & Raymond Hats, Hollow Tree Candles, Bidons, Growlers, Books & Magazines 
  • Discounted items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

International returns

We will not be held liable for the loss of any returned item(s) during the transit back to us. We advise sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you receive your refund notification. On receiving your returned item(s) we will refund the price paid for the goods to the original payment card. The original delivery costs (where applicable) will not be refunded. Returns are credited to the original payment method, unless received more than 30 days after the delivery date. Returns received after 30 days are reimbursed via Wolfe Co. Apparel & Goods eGift Card, which is sent to the email associated with your order. Refunds will not be issued until the return has arrived at the Wolfe Co. warehouse and has been approved.

Holiday return policy

The holiday return period will be extended through January 9 on items bought between November 12 and December 25.
