Shipping

All orders will ship via FedEx, UPS, Canpar, or Canada Post. All orders ship within 1-3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it can not be adjusted or cancelled. You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact help@wolfecoapparel.com. Please note, we do not ship on weekends and/or holidays.

Hours of operation

No orders are shipped after hours (Office hours: M-F 9 am-5 pm EST), on weekends or on holidays.

Overnight shipping

If you require overnight shipping, orders must be placed before 12:00 pm EST. If you place an order after 12:00 pm EST, your order will be processed to go out the next business day.

Policy & terms

By placing an order at Wolfe Co. Apparel & Goods, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable Customs Import fees and/or surcharges and the cost of return shipping back to Wolfe Co Apparel & Goods. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

Rates & delivery time

Standard Shipping


Standard shipments will be dispatched via Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, or Canpar depending on the delivery address. Please allow approximately 3-7 business days for delivery of your order.


Express Shipping


Express shipments will be dispatched via Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, or Canpar depending on the delivery address. Please allow approximately 1-3 business days for delivery of your order.


Priority Shipping


Priority shipments will be dispatched via Fedex, UPS, or Canpar depending on the delivery address. Orders dispatched before 1:00pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be delivered by the end of the next business day. Please note that some postal codes and rural addresses may take longer for delivery. 

Pre-orders

If you have purchased any pre-order item(s), the item(s) will ship as soon as inventory becomes available. You will receive tracking information as soon as we get your order and an additional email will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse. Payment for pre-order items will be collected upon placement of the order.

Missing items

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. Please wait 3 days - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.We will not replace merchandise that has been misplaced due to theft or a package being left outside for any length of time. We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of FedEx.We will not refund or reship packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not file claims on behalf of customers for missing packages.

Refunds & store credit

For refunds or store credit, you may ship items to our warehouse using any prepaid and trackable return method.
