Shipping
All orders ship via FedEx, UPS, Canpar, or Canada Post within 1–3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be adjusted or cancelled. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please contact us at hello@wolfecoapparel.com Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Hours of Operation
Our office and warehouse hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST. Orders placed outside these hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Overnight Shipping
If you require overnight shipping, please place your order before 12:00 PM EST. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be processed to ship the following business day.
Policy & Terms
By placing an order with Wolfe Co. Apparel & Goods, you are responsible for original shipping charges, any applicable customs import fees or surcharges, and the cost of return shipping. This policy also applies to shipments that are refused at delivery.
Rates & Delivery Time
Standard Shipping
Orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or Canpar. Delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days.
Express Shipping
Orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or Canpar. Delivery takes approximately 1–3 business days.
Priority Shipping
Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or Canpar. Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will be delivered by the end of the next business day. Please note that some rural addresses and postal codes may require additional time for delivery.
Pre-Orders
If you purchase a pre-order item, it will ship as soon as inventory becomes available. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is received, and another notification when it leaves our warehouse. Payment is collected at the time of order placement.
Missing Items
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, first verify your shipping address and check for any delivery notices. You may also want to confirm if someone else accepted the package on your behalf. Please wait up to three days, as in rare cases packages may show as delivered up to 36 hours before arrival. Wolfe Co. is not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. We cannot replace merchandise misplaced due to theft or packages left unattended. Refunds or reshipments will not be issued for orders marked as delivered by the carrier, and we are unable to file claims on behalf of customers.
