Express shipments will be dispatched via Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, or Canpar depending on the delivery address. Please allow approximately 1-3 business days for delivery of your order.
Priority shipments will be dispatched via Fedex, UPS, or Canpar depending on the delivery address. Orders dispatched before 1:00pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday will be delivered by the end of the next business day. Please note that some postal codes and rural addresses may take longer for delivery.
Please be advised that both domestic and international shipping networks are functioning above capacity during holiday season, resulting in delayed delivery times. Typical holiday delivery guarantees have been waived. We advise you to place your orders early during holiday season so as to ensure your package arrives in time. Any inquiries about the status of a shipment must be directed to the logistics company once the shipment has departed our warehouse.
