Returns & Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges are quick and simple with the Return Portal.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must be accompanied by the original packaging
  • Include a print out of your order confirmation
  • Must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, and you have yet to notify us about a possible return or exchange, unfortunately we can’t accept your return or exchange.

Gift cards, decals, stickers, and limited edition or custom items are not returnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Holiday Return Policy
Items purchased online between November 15th and December 25th may be returned through January 8th, subject to regular return guidelines. 

Returns or Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment associated with the email address used at the time of purchase. We cannot refund the cost of the return shipping label. 

Late or missing returns (if applicable)
If you're unsure that you've received your refund, please check your credit card, PayPal account or whichever payment method was used at checkout. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@wolfecoapparel.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are eligible for exchanges but not refunds. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the a different size or colour, send us an email at hello@wolfecoapparel.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a credit to the gift giver and he or she will be notified of your return.

A return shipping label will be provided to you when your requested return or exchange has been approved through our Return Portal.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
